So, you might want to look at some of the facts that could shape the stock's performance in the near term. That's because we believe the present value of its future stream of earnings is what determines the fair value for its stock. For the next fiscal year, the consensus earnings estimate of $7.9 indicates a change of +11.2% from what UPS is expected to report a year ago.
The lawn and garden care brand’s broader use of Kinaxis technology aims to unify planning, decision-making and execution into a single platform. Scotts Miracle-Gro is expanding its partnership with software company Kinaxis to optimize the fertilizer brand's supply chain planning operations, according to a June press release. “To deliver high-quality, dependable products when and where consumers expect them, we needed a supply chain platform that is dynamic, reliable and responsive,” David Huskisson, SVP of supply chain and transformation at Scotts Miracle-Gro, said in the release.
Micron will supply Ford with memory and storage technology, although it did not detail specific products in a press release announcing the agreement. Ford and GM are supporting two key priorities by strengthening their source of supply for memory and storage, namely pushing to produce more technologically advanced vehicles while de-risking supply chains. “Our expanded collaboration with Micron strengthens our access to critical memory technologies while enabling deeper integration across our vehicle platforms, supporting both performance and long-term reliability,” Mary Barra, chair and CEO of General Motors, said in a statement.
The dedicated page for the legislation, known as the Delivery Protection Act but also referred to as Intro 518 based on its labeling within the New York City City Council, shows no action on the bill since the April hearing. While there are numerous provisions in the proposal, its key regulations would be that delivery companies in New York City would need to be licensed, and that subcontracting out deliveries by a company operating the “core services” of delivery would be prohibited. Federal Express’(NYSE: FDX) independent delivery companies are generally considered to have more flexibility in their operations than Amazon DSPs, and that could be a pathway for Amazon to follow.
Now, between 2016 and 2020, according to the Vermont liquidator’s federal complaint and the indictment that followed, Thandi borrowed about $14 million from Stifel Bank & Trust in Global Hawk’s name by falsely certifying that the board had authorized it. Global Century collected $5.2 million in fees from Global Hawk in 2017, $2.7 million in 2018, and $2.7 million more in 2019. Vermont’s accounting in the restitution order tallies $38.5 million in Global Hawk liabilities, most of it policy claims, against roughly $5.2 million recovered: $1.5 million in cash found at liquidation, a $3.7 million settlement from Lloyd’s of London, and $55,000 from Padda.
North American Class 8 truck orders continued their remarkable rebound in June, rising 241% year over year compared to the same month in 2025. Class 8 net orders totaled 30,500 units in June, up 16% from May and 241% higher than June 2025. ACT Vice President Steve Tam said the data suggests that while some trucking companies are exiting the industry, “there appears to be a steady stream of those willing to throw their hats into the ring,” helping support used truck demand even as new Class 8 orders continue to climb.

Replace the device with a compliant ELD from the registered list before September 8, 2026. Two of today’s devices also carry “iosix” in the name. There is no bar on a company whose ELD was pulled for failing the technical spec from filling out a fresh self-certification form the next morning, under the same LLC or a new one, and receiving a fresh ELD identifier for a device running the same firmware that just failed.
