Invoice analysis

Turn invoice totals into useful questions.

Understand the charges behind your shipping spend. Explore saved invoice data and concentrate your review on the findings that need explanation.

Where is the money going?

Look across carriers, services and charge categories before narrowing the investigation to the available invoice evidence.

  1. Start with the invoice data

Supported parsers read UPS and FedEx invoice formats. DHL and USPS are supported carriers; invoice parsing for them is not yet live. Keep uploaded files, extracted data and completed analysis distinct.

Available fields and classification depend on the format supplied.

  2. Read the cost picture

Review the selected period, source coverage and spend breakdowns. Missing dates or identifiers need explicit treatment so the summary stays interpretable.

A missing field should not be treated as a confirmed zero.

  3. Use findings to direct a review

A flagged charge or modeled opportunity is a reason to investigate. Review its basis and gather the supporting terms before deciding on a next step.

Keep recorded work, validated savings and reconciled recovery separate.

Keep the context

Parser support does not establish a live carrier connection. Invoice analysis is not a promise to identify every billing error, file claims automatically or recover a particular amount.
