Essential storage
LogiFacts uses cookies to keep you signed in and maintain account security. Browser storage remembers your theme, your analytics preference and, after a demo request, the details needed for its confirmation page. These features operate independently of optional analytics.
Optional analytics and performance
With your permission, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights help us understand page visits, interaction categories and page performance. We remove query strings, fragments and sensitive account routes from analytics URLs. We do not send form answers, shipping data or uploaded files through these tools, and we do not use session recording or advertising trackers.
Optional tools stay off until you accept. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Rejecting optional analytics keeps them off. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals also keep them off. If browser storage is unavailable, we cannot save acceptance and analytics remain off.
Use Cookie settings at any time to change your choice. Withdrawing permission may reload the page to stop tools that were already loaded. This stops future collection; it does not erase information previously collected.
Account activity and security
The signed-in service separately records account activity for support and service operation. These records can include account and company identifiers, page visits, interaction categories, form submission events, engagement and performance measurements. They are available to authorized LogiFacts staff. Form contents, invoice contents and file names are excluded from these activity events. The optional website analytics preference does not turn off these internal account records or the security logs needed to operate the service.
When you request a demo
We collect the contact details and optional shipping profile you submit to respond to your request and prepare a demonstration. The request is stored in our service database and shared with the LogiFacts team handling demos. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to advertising, connect a carrier account or upload invoices.
