The new Manifestación de Valor Electrónica (MVE) requirement shifts Mexico’s customs value declaration process from paper to digital, requiring importers to electronically submit shipment values along with supporting documentation before freight clears customs. While many companies have focused on the mechanics of filing the new declaration electronically, Lau said the larger challenge is ensuring every document associated with a shipment contains consistent information. “What we see with some of our customers is they make use of technology,” Lau said.
The furniture maker expects to nearly complete two centralized hubs this year as part of a multiyear distribution overhaul. La-Z-Boy expects its network redesign to eventually cut heavy-furniture delivery mileage 20%. The furniture maker is in year two of the four-year revamp, which included completing the Western leg last year with the opening of an Arizona facility, Luebke said.
The furniture company leveraged cargo partnerships to secure capacity at a contractual rate as a way to offset higher oil prices and spot market volatility. Lovesac used cargo partnerships to secure freight capacity at a contractual rate in Q1 as a shield against spot market volatility, President and COO Mary Fox said during a June 11 earnings call. Australian advertisers buying through Amazon DSP can now place audio ads across Spotify’s podcast network via the Spotify Ad Exchange. It comes after the channel previously carried only music-related audio and video inventory. Meanwhile, 47 per cent of podcast listeners aged 12-34 have said Spotify is their preferred podcast platform, which opens up a bigger audience that brands can now reach through Amazon DSP for the first time.
Spotify podcast inventory is now available programmatically through Amazon DSP, the first time podcasts on Spotify can be bought this way. In October 2025, Spotify and Amazon connected Spotify Ad Exchange to Amazon DSP for music and video inventory across nine markets. Advertisers in Australia and Japan can now buy audio and video inventory through Amazon DSP, and advertisers in India gain access to video, with Spotify first-party data available directly in the platform.
Spotify today extended its programmatic advertising partnership with Amazon, adding podcast inventory to the direct integration between the Spotify Ad Exchange and Amazon DSP for the first time. Spotify also opened its inventory to advertisers in Australia and Japan for the first time, covering both audio and video formats in those markets, while extending video availability specifically to India. Spotify's podcast network reaches an audience with 90% unique reach relative to its ad-supported music tier, meaning the substantial majority of podcast listeners on the platform do not overlap meaningfully with the listeners reached through music inventory alone.
The Humboldt County Planning and Building Department held a meeting on the proposed project in April. “And it could be that there are things that could be considered significant adverse environmental effects, and an EIR would be prepared. Those issue areas will be summarized in an “Effects Found Not to Be Significant” section of the focused EIR.
The bipartisan leaders of the state's elections commission are urging U.S. Postal Service officials to reject a proposal to require states to hand over some voter information to the Trump administration or risk losing delivery of mail-in ballots.
(WLUC) - Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has joined a multistate coalition of attorneys general in filing a formal comment letter (PDF) opposing the U.S. The USPS proposed that it would enforce that order by refusing to deliver ballots to anyone not on that list. Attorney General Nessel says while a federal judge barred the executive order from being enforced, the USPS has not rescinded its proposed rule.
